Certification Logo ImageThe exam was released on 12 July. Once again, I sat this last month whilst it was in beta, and I found out this morning that I passed it!

I’ll try and sit the rest of these over the next few weeks.

Don’t forget to check out my MCP transcript online.

    Hello Joel,

    Congrats.
I have passed the exam 70-541:WSS 3.0 Application Development.
I wish to appear for the exam 70-573.
Can you tell me how did you prepare for this exam?

    • Hi Gautam,

Thanks! I went on SharePoint 2010 Ignite developer training in November 2009, and then in January I was teaching it for Microsoft in Dublin. I’ve been teaching and using SharePoint 2010 since then, so I didn’t really do anything extra to prepare for the 70-573. I’d recommend Microsoft Official Course 10175 and a few extras that aren’t in the course outline.

SharePoint MVP Becky Bertram’s blog contains a good study guide.

      Best of luck!

      Joel
